The Aquaculture Research Group (GIA) of the IU-ECOAQUA of the ULPGC achieves the controlled production of yellow mullet larvae

The Aquaculture Research Group (GIA) of the University Institute for Research in Sustainable Aquaculture and Marine Ecosystems (IU-ECOAQUA) of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC), has reported that it has achieved the first natural and viable clutches of the well-known yellow mullet (Liza aurata) in the facilities that the institute has in the Taliarte Marine Science and Technology Park.
