Dra. Marta Jacob, professor in the Department of Applied Economics of the UIB, has recently published an article together with the doctoral student of the Doctoral Program in Tourism, Economics and Management of the ULPGC Carlos Rodríguez and Carmen Florido, of the Institute of Tourism and Sustainable Development ( TIDES) of the ULPGC, which analyzes the attitude towards the Circular Economy and environmental behavior and circular practices among tourists staying in a hotel establishment on the island of Gran Canaria.
