Dra. Marta Jacob, professor in the Department of Applied Economics of the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB), has recently published an article, together with the doctoral student of the Doctorate program in Tourism, Economics and Management of the ULPGC, D. Carlos Rodríguez, and Dra Carmen Florido, from the Institute of Tourism and Sustainable Development (TIDES), of the ULPGC, in which they analyze the attitude towards the circular economy and environmental behavior and circular practices among tourists staying in a hotel establishment on the island of Gran Canaria .
