Dissemination of the BE CIRCIRCULAR project on Radio Televisión Canaria

The researcher Lidia Robaina participates in the program Una+Uno of Radio Televisión Canaria in order to raise awareness about the recovery of local bio-waste in the field of Circular Economy, as an example of the first pilot project for the collection, quantification, recovery and optimization of the selective collection of coffee grounds from the cafeterias of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, within the framework of the BE CIRCULAR project with the collaboration of the RED RECIS and the ISLANDAP ADVANCED project.

The BE CIRCULAR project is a pilot project for the selective collection of residual organic matter that has not been used for research purposes to generate value chains. This project is funded by La Caixa Foundation and Caja Canarias Foundation.
