We have organised the Atlantic of Flavours event with the aim of highlighting the progress and results of the ISLANDAP ADVANCED project over the years. We want to publicise our star products, the golden Liza (Liza Eurata) and Lebrancho (Chelon Labrosus), we have worked hard to close the culture cycle and we can reproduce and breed these species in aquaculture.
With this event we want to share our advances with society, and for this we have thought of sharing a scientific-technological Saturday morning, ending with a shared tasting with the Taliarte-Melenara fishermen’s guild and the restaurants in the area.
The event will be held on Saturday 2 December 2023 from 10:00 to 14:30h, we will start the fishing visit at the Municipal Market of Telde with the aim of showing the local aquaculture species of autumn and then we will move to the coast of Taliarte and Melenara knowing the peculiarities of the dock and enjoying a tasting in collaboration with the brotherhood of Taliarte and restaurants in the area.
This event is free of charge, but registration is required as places are limited (bus transfers included).
